If you use any applications that utilize Sentinel USB hasps, I would look into running the updated driver from their site to avoid issues: Figure I would post and share with anyone having similar issues. Installing the latest Sentinel HL Hasp Runtime and Drivers from Sentinel's site, dated May 2020, relieved the issues and allowed the 2004 upgrade to go through uninterupted and the software utilizing the Sentinel HASP worked after. All affected systems had various versions of Cimatron, even the latest 15 SP2 had installed driver dating around April 2019 that caused these bluescreens with Windows 10 2004. We have a 3D CAD system in place, Cimatron, that we use on 90+ systems. The culprit was "aksfridge.sys" "Sentinel Ancillary Function Driver". We fooled around with a ton of things, and eventually grabbed a memory dump from a system. SECOND_BOOT phase MIGRATE_DATA operation with error codes including 0x4000D. We found around half the systems we tested, we kept getting errors. The machine is upgraded to Windows 10 (Version 2004 Build < 19041.423). Attempting to update to Windows 10 (Version 2004, 20H2, or 21H1) fails. The HASP driver is not the most current driver. We are testing out Wind(20H1) upgrades on systems to determine any problems with our software and such. E-Prime is installed on a machine that is not Windows 10 (Version 2004, 20H2, 21H1). My team and I just went through some extensive troubleshooting I figure I might share.
